IT SPECIALIST DILEMA.

I tell lies, i have not done any research to support what you gona read but in some senses it can be bought, it's about INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN TANZANIA. I have a lot of questions that have been crossing my mind recently after i have seen the wirld and the way it is changing and prospering towards the best that a man can think about, and it really gave me a headache. see this, a Tanzanian who is an IT SPECIALIST in tanzania can not be compared to the one in Uganda, Kenya and outside the continent because he is considered to be deep in shallow water. we are swing on the edge of the tail in East Africa only because most of Tanzania comes into contact with digital devices when they get to the university... I hope am makimg it right. I come across an article named ARTICLE 17 of IS last semester and it realy got into my nerve, it named the IT specialist in the industry as dumb and cowards since they know they are in the wrong side of making straight living and profit in the firms but they are afraid to grab and accept the truth fearing unexpected nasty end of their career, it said "is like looking at a queen who is naked but looking to celebrating her new cloths which she claims to on her body"..
